Wayne Hames is an experienced professional in manufacturing and engineering with a strong background in precision components and advanced programming. Currently serving as Commercial Director at Progressive Technology Group since September 2011, Wayne has also held roles as Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager, and Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on the production of complex Formula 1 components using exotic materials and specialized in Hypermill CAD/CAM programming. Prior to this, Wayne worked at Precision Aircraft Ltd from March 2000 to April 2011 as a Team Leader (Milling), programming A340 landing gear components while also serving as an improvement engineer and Mastercam programmer. Wayne's education was completed at Basingstoke College of Technology from 2000 to 2006.
