Peter Hughes has a background in education, currently serving as a board member at The Elephant Group where Peter aims to enhance social mobility within the education sector. Peter is also the founder and CEO of ProgressTeaching, a platform focused on improving teaching practices. Prior to this, Peter held the position of CEO at The Mossbourne Federation and principal at Mossbourne Community Academy.
