Stanislav Isaenko

Stanislav Isaenko is an experienced HR professional and recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as a Recruiter at PROGRESSTECH-UKRAINE since January 2022, Stanislav previously held the position of HR Manager at YOUCAN and ТОВ Компанія Агротек, where responsibilities included developing interview questionnaires, candidate profiling, database management, and conducting full-cycle recruitment processes. Stanislav's earlier experience as a Tourism Manager at Pilon Ukraine involved client consultations, tour package formulation, and visa arrangements. Stanislav holds a Master's degree in Management from European University, obtained in May 2015.
