Eric Carr

Eric Carr currently serves as the Group Vice President of Business Operations, Strategy, and Analytics at Progyny, Inc., where responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary organization of over 40 full-time employees focused on data warehousing and operational insights. Prior to this role, Eric held various leadership positions at UiPath, where as Senior Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics, oversight included global teams synthesizing critical operational data. At Komodo Health, Eric was the Vice President of Engineering - Platform, managing a 65-person team handling enterprise data and microservices. Eric’s experience at Nike involved multiple leadership roles in data and analytics, enhancing product innovation through machine learning and digital transformation initiatives. Eric began a career at Aetna as a Senior Solutions Architect after graduating from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
