Billy Webb is the Founder & CEO of Rule13 Limited, an ISO-9001 accredited manufacturing facility in the south-east of England. Billy is also the Founder & CEO of Prohibition Vapes Co, winner of the Best Manufacturer 2023 at the Global Vapouround Awards. Additionally, Billy is the Founder & CEO of Beyond NRG, a supplement company focused on mental performance. In the past, Billy has served as the Managing Director of SMARTCIGS LTD, Mode Apparel Clothing, Mode Records, and worked as a Runner at Smoke & Mirrors. Billy Webb attended King's School Rochester from 2006 to 2010.
