Márton Németh has a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Corvinus University of Budapest and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Márton has worked as an Employment Counselor at Napra Forgó Nonprofit Kft., where Márton conducted recruitment, selection, and training for employees. Currently, Márton is an Application Support Specialist at Prohuman, focusing on the assessment, design, and implementation of HR processes. Prior to this, Márton was a Junior Project Manager and Consultant at DMS One Hu, where Márton worked on document management processes.
