Rob Posner began their work experience in 2006 as a Field Producer & Onsite Video Encoder at TalkPoint. During their time there, they worked directly with clients on live webcasts, hiring crews for audio and video acquisition and transmission. Rob also coordinated and produced multi-room live webcasting events for fortune 100 companies around the world. In 2007, Rob Posner became the CEO of ProInnovation.
Rob Posner attended Montclair State University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, Broadcasting, and Television Production.
