An Accelerator. A Network. A Community.

Founded through Columbia Venture Community in 2020, Project 2.8 is a startup accelerator serving early stage, pre-seed women-led startups who are either current students or alumnae of Columbia University.

Our mission is to ensure women founders have equal access to venture capital and the same opportunities as their male counterparts. The startups that are accepted into our cohorts are industry agnostic, so if you are a Columbia-affiliated women-led founder from any industry, we look forward to hearing from you.

We also welcome all member of the Columbia community to get involved as a volunteer, sponsor, instructor, or VC funder.
