Dave LeCompte

Dave LeCompte has extensive work experience in the software engineering field, with a focus on gaming and technology companies. Dave is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Project Archer since May 2022. Before that, they worked at Manticore Games Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer from October 2020 to May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Platform Engineer at Niantic, Inc. from September 2018 to October 2020. Dave also worked as a Lead AI Engineer at Harebrained Schemes from February 2016 to September 2018. Prior to their role at Harebrained Schemes, they were a Software Engineer at Google from March 2010 to February 2016. Dave has also worked at PopCap Games, Loose Cannon Studios, Leviathan Games, Amaze Entertainment, and Monolith Productions in various engineering roles.

Dave LeCompte attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1993. During this time, they pursued a double major and received two Bachelor of Science degrees in the fields of Math and Computer Science and Engineering.
