Olivia H.

Olivia H. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Olivia started their career in 2013 as a Customer Service Assistant at Waitrose, where they gained valuable customer service skills. In 2017, Olivia joined BPP Law School as an International Admissions Officer before moving on to NHS England as a People and OD Adviser in 2018. Olivia then worked at Imperial College London as an Admissions Assistant before joining Goldsmiths, University of London as an Immigration Support Officer in 2019. In 2021, Olivia became a Human Resources Coordinator at The Francis Crick Institute. Olivia continued their HR career at Warner Bros. Discovery as a People and Culture Operations Coordinator before joining Project Associates as a Human Resources Generalist in 2023.

Olivia H. completed their A-Levels in Sociology, Psychology, and English Literature/Language at Bishop Ramsey Church of England School from 2005 to 2012. Olivia then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours degree in Psychology & Counselling from the University of Roehampton, graduating in 2016.

In 2019, Olivia enrolled at Westminster Business School and obtained their MA in HR Management in 2021. Additionally, they pursued Level 7 qualifications in Human Resources from CIPD, which they completed in the same year.

Olivia also holds a certification as a Mental Health First Aider, which they obtained from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in February 2020.
