Analysing the results of various implementations of innovative processes and technologies, including BIM in design and construction companies, there is a clear gap in where the emphasis is put.
Highly efficient training of the lower and middle level of the team does not translate into the involvement of the management. The same situation takes place in virtually every market. (I also checked in Asia, middle east, or Ireland and the UK)
