Barrett Grazioso

Chef Educator

Barrett Grazioso is a resourceful and innovative culinary professional with extensive experience in both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) settings. Barrett served as Food Service Director at both Swift River School and Martha's Vineyard Public Charter School, while also excelling as a chef and owner at Old Stove from 2010 to 2021. With a background in high-volume dining and a proven ability to streamline processes, Barrett has held several leadership roles, including Area Manager at Performance Food Group and Territory Manager at US Foods. Currently, Barrett works as a Chef Educator with Project Bread and has recently taken on the role of Food Broker with MAP Food Service. Barrett earned a degree in Culinary Arts from the Los Angeles Culinary Arts Institute.
