Carolyn Cunningham is a Leadership and Organizational Development Advisor and the founding partner of Idlewild Advisory, where they provide thought partnership to C-suite leaders in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. With over two decades of experience, Carolyn focuses on leadership development, organizational design, and fostering high-performance cultures. They also serve on the Boards of Directors for Project Bread and Cambridge Savings Bank. Carolyn's earlier career as a consultant at The Monitor Company involved collaborating with Fortune 100 and 500 companies to develop strategic intentions aligned with effective leadership and organizational structures. They hold a B.A. in International Studies from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
