Pete Stack

Pete Stack is a seasoned project management consultant with extensive experience in leading major initiatives across various sectors. Currently, at Project Consulting Group, Pete oversees an Enterprise Project Management Office transformation for a multi-billion dollar consumer goods manufacturer, refining project management methodologies for enterprise and M&A programs. Previously, as Director of IT Mergers and Acquisitions at Acadia Healthcare, Pete managed a portfolio of 50 M&A programs and implemented Smartsheet as a project management tool. With a long tenure at UnitedHealth Group, Pete held roles including Director of Project Management, where work involved digital asset portfolio management, and IT M&A Program Director, focusing on integrating acquired entities' information systems. Additionally, Pete has experience as an adjunct professor in Information Technology and has led compliance efforts in IT consulting. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Information Technology from the University of St. Thomas and a BSB in Accounting from the University of Minnesota.
