PDP team monitors and reports to lenders during the development of a project on overall progress and performance against pre-agreed programs and budgets.  We make sure that funds are being drawn down appropriately to the progress of a project.

Any sizable project requires specific knowledge and experience to ensure the control of the project deliverables, timely reaction, efficient coordination of all stakeholders and effective management of costs and construction time
