Tonya Winski

Development Assistant at Project Drawdown

As Development Assistant, Tonya Winski is dedicated to implementing strategies and programs that support the unique needs of individual and institutional philanthropists who share Project Drawdown’s mission and vision to quickly, safely, and equitably reduce greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Her primary responsibilities build upon her fundraising expertise to include strengthening relationships, managing the database, and promoting Project Drawdown’s mission and values.

Over the years, she has served in multiple fundraising roles in both the healthcare and human services sectors. Throughout her career, Tonya has mastered an integrated approach to fundraising through value-driven interactions and communications to build strong relationships through stewardship and cultivation.

Tonya holds a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Self and Society and minors in Human Rights and Environmental Studies from the University of Washington, Tacoma.
