Lenna Cumberbatch

Lenna Cumberbatch is a seasoned diversity and inclusion strategist with over 25 years of experience across the UK, USA, and EU in various sectors including corporate, education, and health. Currently, Lenna serves as Chair of the Justice, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion Working Group at Project Everyone and holds multiple non-executive director roles, including at Rooftop Housing Group and the Communications Consumer Panel. Previously, Lenna worked as an Equality and Diversity Consultant at the University of Cambridge and served as a Diversity Manager at The Royal Society. Lenna's commitment to promoting equity is evident through various advisory positions and board memberships, emphasizing a passion for strategic development and inclusion.
