Tom Struble

Tom Struble is a driven thought leader in the pharmaceutical validation space and currently serves as Vice President of Validation Services at Project Farma. They have an extensive background in managing Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) professionals aimed at optimizing pharmaceutical and biotech operations. Previously, Tom held various positions including Director of CQV Operations at DPS Group Global and Client Manager at Commissioning Agents, Inc. They served in the US Navy as a Submarine Warfare Officer and Assistant Tactical Development Officer, leading significant missions and innovations. Tom holds a Master's in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and a BS in Geological Engineering from Cornell University.
