Peter Brabenec

Peter Brabenec has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Peter is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Project Genetics since January 2023. Before this, they worked as the Vice President Professional Services at HR Strategies Consulting Inc. from February 2022 to January 2023. Peter also served as the Delivery Director USA at Smart WFM from November 2021 to February 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Services at Workforce Insight from December 2019 to November 2021. From July 2017 to December 2019, they were the Vice President Enterprise HCM at Presence of IT. Peter also worked as the Practice Director - Manufacturing Solutions at Presence of IT from January 2013 to December 2019. Before that, they had a long tenure at Kronos where they held multiple roles including Manufacturing Manager from October 2004 to January 2013 and Industry Consultant - Manufacturing from February 2001 to October 2004. Peter has also worked at Crane Aerospace & Electronics as the Cost Accounting Manager from July 2002 to January 2003, SPX Technologies Inc. as the Division Controller from July 2000 to January 2001, G&D Cardtech as the Director of Corporate Systems & Control from September 1998 to June 2000, and Sealy as the Cost Accounting Manager from July 1997 to September 1998. Throughout their career, Peter has gained expertise in various areas such as operations management, professional services, workforce management, and enterprise HCM.

Peter Brabenec obtained their Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Toledo, where they studied from 1979 to 1983. Prior to that, they attended St Edward High School from 1975 to 1979, completing a College Prep program. In addition to their formal education, Peter has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1987. Peter also holds certifications in Workforce Timekeeping and Device Manager from Kronos Incorporated US, as well as a CPIM certification from the American Production & Inventory Control Society. Furthermore, Peter achieved a Six Sigma Black Belt certification in 2004.
