Project Gold Running Camp is a 7-day summer experience in Flagstaff, Arizona designed for high school athletes looking to achieve their personal gold.

We bring together runners from across the country for a week of intentional training, mentorship, and connection. Athletes learn from collegiate runners and coaches, gain insight into what it takes to compete at the next level, and build confidence both on and off the course.

Each day is thoughtfully structured to balance training, recovery, education, and community. From workouts and form development to conversations around mindset, fueling, and the transition to collegiate running, athletes leave with tools they can carry into their next season and beyond.

More than just a camp, Project Gold is about creating an environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and inspired because they're surrounded by people who share their goals and love for the sport.
