Marcel Pratt is a Trustee at Project HOME. Marcel has a long history of working in Litigation and has experience with Antitrust & Competition, Robinson-Patman Act, Lanham Act, and more. Marcel has also been involved in Firm Administration for Ballard Spahr LLP, such as being a part of the Hiring Committee, Summer Associate Program Assignment Coordinator, and Firm Diversity Council.

Marcel Pratt is a lawyer who graduated from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law with a Juris Doctor. Marcel also has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Marcel is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey in the New Jersey Bar, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in the Pennsylvania Bar, the U.S. Courts of Appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
