Luckner Joseph currently serves as the MHPSS / GBV Manager at Project HOPE since March 2023, following previous roles including MHPSS Coordinator at the same organization. Luckner has been a Coordinator at the Centre d'Assistance Psychosociale since November 2016 and also held the position of MHPSS Coordinator at Project HOPE from November 2021 to June 2022. In addition, Luckner worked as an Academic Secretary at Université des Atlantes d'Haïti from July 2018 to November 2021. Educationally, Luckner is pursuing a Master’s in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid at KALU Institute, expected completion in April 2025, and holds a Master's degree in Economy and Administration of Territorial Collectivities from Université Publique du Nord au Cap-Haïtien, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Université d'Etat d'Haïti and another Bachelor's degree from Université Publique du Nord au Cap-Haïtien.
