Michael Dibor serves as the Country Representative for Project HOPE since August 2022 and holds the position of Technical Director at Save the Children US and Save the Children International since November 2017. With extensive expertise in TB/HIV prevention and community-based care for individuals affected by AIDS, Michael strengthens connections between community-based activities and health facilities to ensure a continuous care approach. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Technical Advisor for Community Care and Services at Management Sciences for Health from December 2013 to November 2017 and Associate Director for OVC at HOPE worldwide from September 2005 to November 2013. Michael holds a Certificate in Quality Improvement from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (2015-2016) and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) from the University of Ilorin (1992-2003).
