Orrin Bryant's work experience begins in 2010 as a Junior Camp Service Personnel at Camp Judson. In 2012, they progressed to the role of Senior Camp Service Personnel at the same camp, displaying leadership and initiative. From 2012 to 2014, Orrin worked at McDonald's Corporation as Crew, where they demonstrated efficiency, adaptability, and leadership skills. In 2013, they interned in IT at Titusville Area School District. In 2014, they had various roles, including IT Intern at Pittsburgh Glass Works, Senior Counselor at Camp Judson, and Support and System Engineer at Project Hosts, Inc. at different times throughout the year. At Project Hosts, they continued to develop their skills and expertise in system engineering and support.

Orrin Bryant began their education history by obtaining an Associate's Degree in Network Administration and Security from Laurel Technical Institute, which they completed between 2012 and 2014. Orrin later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Development from Western Governors University, which they completed between 2020 and 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Orrin has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills. Orrin earned the following certifications from Microsoft: "MS: Microsoft Dynamics Customization and Configuration in CRM 2013" in October 2015, "MS: Managing Project and Portfolios with Project Server 2013" in April 2015, "MS: Managing Projects with Microsoft Project 2013" in March 2015, "MCSA: Windows Server 2012" in January 2015, and "MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional" in November 2014. Orrin also obtained the "A+" certification from CompTIA in January 2014 and the "Network+" certification from CompTIA in January 2014.
