Britt Voss currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Project Medtech. Prior to this role, Britt held positions at StevenDouglas and The Mullings Group, specializing in life science search and global medical device recruiting. With a background in fitness management and strength coaching, Britt has also worked at XSport Fitness, Hard Pressed High Intensity Workouts, and in strength and conditioning roles at universities. Britt holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Alabama, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Northern Illinois University, and completed undergraduate studies in History and Business Administration at Birmingham-Southern College.
