Leah McLean is an accomplished professional in philanthropy and development, serving as the Director of Philanthropy at Project Place since January 2025. Previously, Leah held the position of Senior Director of Philanthropy & Membership at the Boston Society for Architecture from January 2023 to January 2024. Leah's extensive experience in development operations includes various roles at uAspire from 2016 to 2023, culminating as Vice President, Development Operations & Strategy. Earlier career highlights include working as an Account Manager for the American Red Cross and serving as Community Affairs Manager at BJ's Wholesale Club. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Providence College and is a Fellow of the Emerging Leaders Program at UMass Boston.
