Michelle B. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution consulting and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Solution Consultant at Project Plan Services since January 2024, Michelle previously held multiple leadership roles at Herotel from September 2019 to December 2023, including Head of Solution Design & Innovation, Program Manager, Project Manager, and National Program Coordinator. Earlier experience includes the position of Operational Manager at Big from June 2013 to August 2019. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from MANCOSA, expected in 2024, and a degree in Musicology, Music Theory, and Composition from the University of South Africa, earned in 2010. Additionally, Michelle completed Matric with Endorsement at Gimnasium High School in 2007.
