Project R3con is a veteran-founded 501(c)(3) nonprofit facilitating access to life-changing stem cell therapy to Special Operations Forces personnel battling traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) and other complex neurological conditions.

We exist to close the gap, ensuring that warriors, who have given everything in service to our nation, have access to cutting-edge regenerative medicine.

We partner with established SOF nonprofits, respected medical providers, and laboratories with over a decade of expertise in science-backed stem cell therapy to fund and facilitate treatment. By providing targeted grants, we ensure that financial barriers never stand in the way of healing. Our mission is to help SOF veterans and their families R3generate physically, R3cover mentally and emotionally, and R3integrate fully into their lives, communities, and post-service careers.

This work is deeply personal. Every operator we help heal is a testament to resilience, sacrifice, and the enduring strength of the SOF community. Our grants don’t just support treatment, they restore health, hope, and quality of life for America’s most elite warriors.
