Oliver is currently the Co-founder of Projekt Rising, where they ensure customer and freelancer satisfaction and oversees project delivery excellence. Prior to this, Oliver was the Managing Director of CorderCare, a domiciliary home care business. Oliver successfully established and executed the business plan, achieving CQC recognition and registration within six months.

Oliver also has experience working in the freelance marketplace industry. Oliver was part of the International Services team at Upwork and supported Enterprise Accounts that crossed international boundaries. Oliver played a crucial role in enabling innovative businesses to connect with global talent. Oliver also worked as an Independent Project Consultant at Elance, where they supported Enterprise clients with their project needs and coordinated virtual workforces.
