Rania began a career in public affairs as a stagiaire en administration territoriale at Préfecture de Marrakech, followed by a role as a program assistant intern at La Maison De L'Elu. Rania's academic background includes a Baccalauréat in Economique et Social from Lycée Français Victor Hugo Marrakech, a Licence in Sciences politiques, and a Master in Relations et management des affaires internationales, both from Private University of Marrakech, achieving high honors. Currently, Rania serves as a Program Associate at Project Soar since January 2025.
