Project Uplift is a 501(c)(3) alumni-driven, volunteer-led nonprofit advancing scholarships, mentorship, and career readiness for Lane College undergraduates. Founded by alumni of the Kappa Sigma Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., we mobilize graduates and friends to raise scholarship funds, mentor students, and expand access to professional skills and networks.

Our programs include the Line Drive peer-to-peer scholarship campaign, financial literacy workshops, networking circles, and career-readiness programming (résumé labs, mock interviews, and coaching). We serve Lane students across backgrounds, focusing on persistence, on-time graduation, and confident career launches. Join us as a donor, mentor, campus collaborator, or volunteer.
