Kevin Doffing serves as the Founder and CEO of Project Vanguard, a company committed to empowering veterans in the clean energy sector. Doffing is also the President of Energy Underground, a cleantech startup specializing in commercialization and business development. In addition, Doffing holds the position of Director for the Veterans Advanced Energy Project at the Atlantic Council, which focuses on enhancing US leadership in advanced energy through veteran recruitment and support. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Commercial Officer at Clean Energy Services, Executive in Residence at Rice University, and COO at Combined Arms, among others. Doffing's military background includes service as an Executive Officer and Platoon Leader in the U.S. Army. Educational credentials feature an Executive MBA from Rice Business and a BS in Psychology from Texas A&M University, supplemented by a Certificate in Advanced International Affairs.
