Tom Munson

Tom Munson is a seasoned professional in information security and data protection with extensive experience in overseeing global security and privacy programs at Project Worldwide since May 2015. With a robust background that includes building security frameworks from scratch, developing data privacy policies, and leading security-awareness training, Tom has managed security initiatives for over 3,000 users across 50+ locations. Previous roles include Information Security Manager and Security Analyst at Preferred Solutions, Senior Information Security Officer at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where Tom led significant implementations such as ArcSight SIEM, and Systems Administrator at Avon Gear Company, among others. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Security and an Associate degree in Open Source Networking from Baker College.
