At Project-X, our ex-council team brings over 15 years of combined hands-on experience working within New Zealand’s building compliance and regulatory environment. We have supported projects from inside the system and now partner with clients to navigate it strategically from the outside.

This dual perspective gives us unparalleled insight into the intricate systems, standards, and level of detail that councils demand. Having lived and breathed the regulatory environment, we know how frustrating, opaque, and time-consuming building compliance can feel.

Project-X Management is also the parent company of Plot Potential , our GIS-based platform delivering comprehensive feasibility assessments across Auckland. It's all part of our mission to empower smart, compliant, and future-ready building decisions.
