Project Youth Plus works to increase opportunities for youth to thrive in school, careers, and life. 

Our History
Founded in Southern Oregon as College Dreams more than three decades ago, Project Youth+ began with a focus on helping students navigate the path to college. Over time, the organization has evolved to meet changing community needs, expanding beyond college access to include career readiness, financial capability, and comprehensive youth support. Today, we serve youth in Josephine, Jackson, and southern Douglas Counties through strong partnerships with school districts, colleges, employers, and community organizations.
Who We Serve
Project Youth Plus serves middle school, high school, and young adult learners, primarily ages fourteen to twenty four, who face barriers to success. Many of the youth we support are from low income households and may be first generation college students. Our programs are designed to meet youth where they are and provide individualized, relationship based support.
PY+ Four Core Programs
+Accounts
Builds financial capability through matched (1:5) savings accounts that help youth pay for education, training, transportation, and other critical assets that support long term success.
Career Build
Connects youth to paid work experience, career exploration, and workforce skills. Youth gain real world experience while employers receive support and supervision through Project Youth+.
College+ 
Supports students with academic planning, college exploration, financial aid guidance, and post-secondary transitions. This includes long term advising, early college access, and TRIO supported services.
Whatever It Takes
Provides intensive, school based advising for students who need additional support to stay engaged and on track toward graduation. Advisors work closely with students, families, and schools to address barriers and build stability.
