Selective Intake
Participants are chosen based on capability, commitment, and ambition. We are building the engineering leaders of tomorrow so grades are not the only thing that matter.

Placement into a Live Program
Students join a structured development program (e.g., electric aircraft systems, robotics, autonomous systems). The program is a real project advancing towards delivery,

Mentor-Led Immersion
20 hours/week. Each team is led by experienced engineers who set direction, define deliverables, and enforce standards. Students are active contributors, not observers.

Portfolio-Grade Outputs
Participants leave with documented subsystem contributions, test exposure, design documentation, and professional references.
