Carl Chan

Carl Chan is a seasoned professional in equity investment, currently serving in a Growth Equity role at Thoma Bravo since 2013. With extensive experience in the software and technology sectors, Carl has led significant investment rounds, including a $123 million Series E for Alation, a $70 million Series C for AppOmni, and a $100 million Series D for Imply. Other notable investments include co-leading a $420 million investment in project44 and a $200 million Series C for Paradox. Carl holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Calgary.
