Jacob Zych is a highly experienced Senior Customer Success Manager with a strong track record in customer retention and upselling across various organizations. Currently at project44, Jacob manages a $2M ARR portfolio and has achieved 100% customer retention while building strategic relationships with global clients. Previously at Sprinklr, Jacob secured 100% customer retention with a $6M portfolio and led major projects, including the largest deal of $64M. Jacob has extensive project management experience, having successfully directed multiple enterprise implementations and enhanced customer engagement methodologies at Orange Logic and other companies. Jacob holds a Master of Science in Adult and Continuing Education from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University.
