Pedro Mata possesses a robust background in technical support and customer service, with extensive experience in various managerial roles at project44 since April 2019, including Senior Manager of Premium Support and Enablement Manager in Process Engineering & Training. Prior to this, Pedro was the Owner/President of PM3 Digital Services LLC and held technical support positions at SMS Assist, L.L.C. and Corporate Concierge Services. Additional experience includes financial management as Treasurer for the Lambda Pi Chapter of Phi Gamma Delta and research assistance at DePaul University’s Coleman Entrepreneurship Center.
