Vinay Jain

Vinay Jain is a Data Scientist with experience at project44, where responsibilities included developing a classification-based ETA prediction model and enhancing accuracy through effective discretization of timeframes, as well as utilizing advanced boosting techniques and asymmetric loss functions. Prior to this role, Vinay interned as an SDE at UST, focusing on building a robust dataset for a retrieval-based chatbot using web scraping tools like BeautifulSoup and Selenium. Vinay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, with a minor in Finance, and has completed high school education at NSM Public School in India.
