Dean Addison

Dean Addison is an experienced management consultant currently working at Projective Group since March 2022. Previously, Dean held a project consultant position at DTSQUARED and served as a principal consultant at Freethinking Business Consultants from January 2016 to March 2022. Dean has extensive expertise in financial services, having worked at Standard Bank Group for nearly a decade, where roles included business release lead and senior project program manager focused on core banking replacement initiatives. Dean’s earlier experience includes IT program management at Anglo American, e-commerce strategy at Affinity Logic, and business consulting at CNA.
