Kim Cramer

Kim Cramer has extensive experience in project management and consultancy, having held key roles in organizations such as Projective Group and PGGM. As Vicevoorzitter OR at Projective Group, Kim established the first Works Council and contributed to its daily management. Notable achievements include overseeing IT functionalities related to the Dutch Pension Future Act and implementing the Digital Government Act at PGGM. With a strong background in strategy execution and complex change projects, Kim has managed transitions for various pension funds at Syntrus Achmea Pensioenbeheer and served as a Senior Consultant at Mastermind Consulting. Kim holds multiple academic degrees, including a Master’s in Information Security and a Master’s in Strategic Management from esteemed institutions.
