Paddy Harrington

Paddy Harrington is the founder of Frontier Co., a strategy and design studio that builds ambitious brands through deep thinking and meaningful storytelling. They are the Co-Founder and Design Lead at PROJECTORY, a role they have held since 2022. They are a member of WXO – World Experience Organization since 2023. Their past roles include Executive Creative Director at Bruce Mau Design (2002–2012), SVP Design Innovation & Digital Creative Director at Indigo (2013–2014), Writer at Maclaren McCann (2005–2006), Intern Architect at Diamond and Schmitt Architects (2004), and Research Analyst at Alliance Atlantis Broadcasting (1996–1997). They earned an MArch from the University of Toronto (2001–2004) and a BA Honours from the University of Ottawa (1994–1998), and served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto (2002–2004).
