Coca Rivas

Coca Rivas is an experienced Service Design Leader and advocate for public sector design. They have held roles such as Executive Director of Design & Strategy at dxw digital, where they led transformation projects for clients including the Government Digital Service and the Ministry of Justice. Rivas also served as Head of Web at HM Revenue & Customs and contributed significantly to the design and delivery of early public-facing digital services while at the Central Office of Information. Presently, they work as a Design Leader/Consultant with Projects by IF and engage in teaching and advisory roles at various institutions. Rivas holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from IE and a Master of Science from UCL.
