Projects That Spark Joy is an independent cultural practice based in Berlin by Alexandra Crasnaru Dragomir.

The practice develops multidisciplinary cultural projects that bring together artistic vision and structured execution. It operates at the intersection of curatorial thinking, project development, and communication, with a focus on creating formats that respond to a rapidly changing cultural landscape.

Working with artists and institutions across Europe, Projects That Spark Joy supports projects at some or all stages, from concept through to realization. This includes curation, exhibition development, artist coordination, production processes, and the organizational frameworks that enable projects to take shape.

The practice is guided by a simple principle: to engage in projects that spark joy while contributing meaningfully to cultural dialogue and becoming catalysts for understanding, connection, and co-creation. These projects often unfold in close collaboration with artists and cultural organizations.
