Ryan Schmidt

Ryan Schmidt is a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, and technical sales support. Currently employed at Projects, Inc. since November 2021, Ryan is responsible for creating operation sheets and manufacturing methods for various aerospace applications, utilizing advanced software tools such as TruTops and SolidWorks. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at ACMT, Inc., where notable contributions included restructuring operations within Epicor and developing a Total Productive Maintenance system. Ryan's earlier experience in the Aerospace Sales and Marketing Group at Oxford Industries involved collaboration with engineering teams to resolve design challenges and optimize production efficiency. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with an Aerospace Concentration from Central Connecticut State University and an Associate of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Science from Manchester Community College.
