Michael Heider

Michael Heider is currently an Agile Coach at the LEGO Group, specializing in Digital and Technology. Michael is also the Founder of Very People, providing unique team and strategy workshops, and the Co-Founder of ProjectTogether, Germany's leading accelerator for social innovations. In addition, Michael has held roles at ChangemakerXchange, GRUNDFOS, Viessmann, and Pla Estratègic Metropolità de Barcelona. Michael has a Diploma in Enterprising Leadership from KAOSPILOT and has completed various educational programs in design thinking, economics, and organizational leadership.
