Patrick Hoffmann

Patrick Hoffmann is a seasoned intrapreneur with a focus on public policy and social impact, currently serving as the Head of Public Affairs and Social Responsibility at Generali Deutschland. With a decade of experience in advocacy, philanthropy, and social innovation, Patrick has skillfully managed impactful initiatives such as The Human Safety Net, driving corporate social responsibility efforts at one of the largest insurance firms. Patrick co-founded the Cambridge Development Initiative, fostering youth-led projects that have significantly improved communities in Tanzania. In addition to current roles on various boards, Patrick holds multiple degrees from the University of Cambridge, including an M.Phil. in African Studies.
