İpek Silah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and business development. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Projera since February 2017, İpek leads marketing, sales, and business development initiatives. Previously, İpek worked as a Solutions Architect at Bereket Enerji Uretim AS, overseeing the SAP Implementation Program and in-house software improvements. İpek also held various positions at Aegon from June 2007 to October 2015, including Internal Control & Compliance Department Manager, Project Office and System & Business Analysis Manager, Project Department Manager, Senior Specialist in Product Development & Actuarial Department, and Specialist in the Risk Department. İpek's educational background includes a degree from Adnan Menderes University, completed between 2002 and 2006.
