Projjex specialises in commercial management and contract administration for civil and mechanical engineering contractors working under NEC forms of contract.

Our services protect contractors from financial exposure and maximise returns through:
•Contract review and risk analysis - Identifying commercial risks before contract execution
•Compensation event management - Ensuring full entitlement capture through expert notification, assessment, and quotation preparation
•Programme and delay analysis - Establishing cause-and-effect relationships for time and cost impacts
•Claims preparation and dispute support - Developing evidence-based commercial positions
•Commercial management - Ongoing contract administration and early warning management

Projjex' commercial managers combine deep NEC contract knowledge with practical construction experience to deliver measurable financial outcomes. We operate flexibly - from fixed-fee advisory work to embedded commercial management support - ensuring contractors secure their contractual entitlements while maintaining positive client relationships.

Key differentiators:

•Rapid mobilisation (typically within 48 hours)
•Fixed-fee pricing for certainty
•Proven track record identifying six-figure risk exposures
•Focus on early intervention and prevention rather than retrospective claims
